Return Shipping: We will provide you with free shipping labels.


Refund Process: Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet our return criteria, we'll process your refund. Expect the funds to be returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Refund Amount: Please note that the refund amount will exclude the original shipping costs. It's all about fairness here. Any promotions or discounts applied during your purchase will also be prorated accordingly.


Exchanges: Looking for a different size or color? We currently don't offer direct exchanges, but you can return the original item and place a new order for the preferred item. This way, you get exactly what you want, and we keep things simple.


Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, let us know immediately. We'll work swiftly to replace it or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
